Horrible service. When I went to check into my appointment, the tablet stated an incorrect time. When I went to speak to the receptionist, the lab one was no where to be found, but the one for radiology was sitting at her desk. After she saw me standing there for a few minutes without any acknowledgment, I went to ask her if she could help. I needed to get some bloodwork done and I was having trouble getting it done because the labs weren’t allowing people to walk in. I went to the Mason location and they closed at 3:30, I went to Holt location and their kiosk stated they were at capacity and I needed to call and make an appointment. I went to the Okemos location (at 5:17pm and they close at 5:30) and their kiosk said the same thing. I assumed it was probably a system error or something so I decided to wait. I called the day before to confirm that the lab still took walk-ins, which they said they did. I showed up early to be first in line only to be turned away for not having an appointment.
9/26/2025 for an 8:15 am appointment. There was a full waiting room and 4 people with 7:45 appointments still waiting to go back. U of M brought nothing new to the community. They just shut down PHP and took billions. Keep in mind myMichigan is not Michigan Medicine. They are separate entities.
