What is the purpose of setting an appointment when you allow people to cut in front of the line. My wife had an appointment at 6am, a sparrow employee had an appointment at 6:30 am, the technician took the sparrow employee first. 30 minutes later we were finally attended to. Very disappointed with the service.
Have never had a problem with this place until today. Signed in for a scheduled appointment, was sitting there a few minutes when a girl walked in and right though the door without being called and was served.
Long wait, but you do what you have to do. Megan was the gal who drew my blood today. She was so good at it, I really didn't feel a thing as most draws do. She was worth the wait and she also was very pleasant to meet. She's very professional in her abilities and people skills!
