whoever answered the phone this morning (@8:20am on 11-20-2025) when i went to schedule my daughters appointment for her labs was SO RUDE and Dismissive!! acted like he or she couldn’t give me the locations to the labs in lansing so i could pick which one i wanted to go to. Hire people in health CARE that actually care!!!!
They have a new scheduling system that does NOT work. Wait times are still long and no one is getting seen at their scheduled time

The techs are nice but Sparrow absolutely SUCKS since U Mich took over. The lab is under staffed with dumb rules that get in the way of prompt care. It’s extremely bad.
I don’t know why you have scheduled appointments at this location everyone my husband who is a 43 yr employee at sparrow schedules and makes an appt he waits at least 45 min passed scheduled time and the scheduled people wait they NEVER follow scheduled protocol and there’s no window or a place to remind people they are a scheduled patient wait in line behind all walk ins… none of the other locations that we both have scheduled appointments have ever done this only the pro building location!!
