I don’t know why you have scheduled appointments at this location everyone my husband who is a 43 yr employee at sparrow schedules and makes an appt he waits at least 45 min passed scheduled time and the scheduled people wait they NEVER follow scheduled protocol and there’s no window or a place to remind people they are a scheduled patient wait in line behind all walk ins… none of the other locations that we both have scheduled appointments have ever done this only the pro building location!! More than hour behind the schedule from the appointment time (appointment made on mobile app). At check in, still treated as walk in. If I knew this is the case, I’d just came in as walk in an hour early. What’s the point of the app’s feature if the system completely ignores it anyway?
I thought useing the mobile appointment was faster 👎🏾 I made it for 3:45 got there signed in at 3:39 still was not seen it's 430 so I just left Horrible. No different then walk in🙄
You may have a wait, but excellent service with caring people.
