They couldn't see my order for CT scan from my U of M Doctor. Said Dr would have to fax order to them. After they recieve order it would take 5 processing days before they could schedule. Crazy that i could see the order in the "MY SPARROW" portal but they could not. Apparently they aren't connected to U of M Ann Arbor
Procedure cancelled because didn't notify me in a timely manner for required forms; wasn't mentioned in prep materials. Pre-procedure phone call came the night before: should have been 7 to 10 days before. Unprofessional.
Today (11/16/2022), I went to get MRI done. The technologists took way more time just because the equipment was faulty. After MRI, I went to the counter to provide the report to one more physician. The lady (sitting on the leftmost cubicle side at 4:00 pm), looking at me, started to talk over the phone, and after the phone conversation, she showed an angry voice and was arrogant. I would never go to sparrow and would not suggest anyone.
They have been good about getting me in and out.
