The therapists I worked with were good but I was absolutely shocked when I saw the bill. 7 sessions at 30 minutes each and they charged $3200 before insurance. That's just greedy, charging over $900/hour to talk about stretching and watch a 2 minute video of my running form. The reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because I know the therapists are not the ones charging that absurd amount.
I’ve been doing vocal therapy here for several weeks and haven’t had an ounce of improvement in my pain. My therapist has no experience in my health disorder and seems like she hasn’t looked into it or consulted with any other therapists about it. She just gives me the same warm ups she gives everyone, which leave me in more pain. The whole process has been very disheartening and frustrating. She seems as lost as I am, which shouldn’t be the case.
I have seen Sue Butler off and on for over 5 years. I appreciate her expertise, and above all, her honesty. I trust her with my ongoing work and I am so grateful she is still with Sparrow PT.
