When I lived in North Carolina pain management was caring and did not make me jump through hoops. It has been 30 years that have dealt with pain and arthritis. In North Carolina 2014 I had a rhizotomy. Now, I'm starting over with injections that dont work at Pain management. Sparrow dont care about patients, it is about charging your insurance company to make money. I know my body and pain level, you do not.
They deserve zero stars. I have been calling for three weeks and have left multiple messages with no call back. Highly unprofessional.
Yeah I went there for an epidural injection on my right side by my L5S1 and when I had it done they numbed the spot but it didn't work on felt the whole thing I told them it was hurting they didn't care then when they started injecting the medicine it made my leg jump really bad but they didn't stop but when I was finished they sent me home and I was pain free for 4 days then it came back to bite me in the ass I called them and told them about it and they told me give it 2 more weeks but I didn't wait that long I called and ... read more
I have been going to the pain center for injections for years and they are always so amazing! I also started O.T. with Madi, and she is the best! I actually look forward to OT.
This is one challenging business to run and I am very thankful for the wonderful people that run it, including great staff, doctors and nurses.
