I have been going for over 4 years now and I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly from the beginning to the end.
It’s been over a year since I was first referred to this pain clinic, and the process has been incredibly frustrating. I called countless times to schedule an appointment, but all I ever got was voicemail. The only time I ever talked to a person was then calling to tell me my referral expired. My doctor sent over another referral. I called and left voicemails every day for three weeks just to get an appointment. I love the doctors and staff here... Dr.Lee has been my doctor for a long time he now gives me my shots and I see a PA when I don't see him and they are really really good and understanding of my needs, I always enjoy talking with the nurses, receptionist. They care and listen to my concerns and needs.
I have been here a few times and i am always very happy with all areas of care. I always have had good care. And today I had great care. I've also been very happy with all of the injections and procedures that I've had.
Returned to Sparrow Pain (was a 24 year patient of wonderful caring doctors, but found they had retired upon my return) after being gone 4 years. The new dr saw my pain meds (originally prescribed by THEM) and drew conclusions before reviewing the test results HE ordered (CT scans). His "treatment plan" would not include any med refills only injections. Ive since seen surgeons and found doctors who care and am doing much better. This place??...??
