Update- I emailed. I got basically an automated response that thanked me for sending an email. A few weeks later I did receive a letter from a director letting me know they were addressing the issues. If they did, we aren’t sure. We were able to find a different pharmacy with helpful staff at a more convenient location who we’ve been using ever since You are the biggest joke. You don’t care about your patients.
