The girls up at the front desk and all the nurses that work here are very rude and unprofessional and they do not treat anyone with any kind of care or respect!
Great experience here, easy to book appointments, staff was helpful, and Dr. Lato was excellent.
So far there has only been 1 staff member who has been nice and caring to me as a patient! I believe her name is Missy. Everyone else I have had to deal with is rude. The miscommunication or simple lack there of is ridiculous. I have been misinformed about labs, given an expired lab kit, lab paperwork not processed correctly, & vulgar language!
