Great experience here, easy to book appointments, staff was helpful, and Dr. Lato was excellent.
So far there has only been 1 staff member who has been nice and caring to me as a patient! I believe her name is Missy. Everyone else I have had to deal with is rude. The miscommunication or simple lack there of is ridiculous. I have been misinformed about labs, given an expired lab kit, lab paperwork not processed correctly, & vulgar language! Went through a pregnancy loss during my time as a patient here. Front desk staff was very unhelpful, cold and rude. I would recommend this place to no one. I will be transferring to a different OB/GYN.
