Dr. Prasad provided excellent care for myself and my daughter. She was always kind, listened very well, order appropriate labs, and even got me in for an office procedure right before the holidays. We will miss her care at a U of M Sparrow.
Life is too short for apathetic and incompetent care. Grateful to be moving on from Dr. Prasad.
I have had the very best experiences with Dr. Prasad! She listens carefully, follows up quickly and is very clear in her communications! I appreciate that she is housed within Sparrow North so that i can get tests done very quickly! Just the best overall!
If I could give Ms. Monique Prasad zero stars, I would. I would highly advise against going to this young doctor with zero bedside manner. She is highly dismissive of you as patient, and then tells you to have a good day. She is clearly not someone who cares to listen to patients or their caregivers, and she doesn’t view the whole patient picture.
