If I could give Ms. Monique Prasad zero stars, I would. I would highly advise against going to this young doctor with zero bedside manner. She is highly dismissive of you as patient, and then tells you to have a good day. She is clearly not someone who cares to listen to patients or their caregivers, and she doesn’t view the whole patient picture. I'd been calling trying to get an appointment set-up. Since 9am waited 15min. Called back around 10am. Waited another 15-20min. Saying there is 1 person ahead of me BS. How are we supposed to set appointment or call in for info if no one wants to pick up the phone?

Dr. Prasad is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, and explains things in a way I can understand. I’m very happy with my care so far.

Extremely unhappy with my experience thus far I have been a patient for years Dr. Wolfe and Dr buchweitz were awesome and all these good reviews are for them, however Dr Prasad took over and it was extremely obvious. Her rude, uncalled for demeanor, hostility and lack of care is atrocious. 0 bedside manner and unlike any Dr I've ever seen. Management was more easy to speak to but still didn't resolve any issues. Will be switching Drs. Unfortunate replacement for really good Drs before her, she is inexperienced and it shows.
