Care seems to be close or below average, lower level staff under doctor position not PA and DA but under these positions doesn't seem to promote an positive approach, friendly attitude or maintain a positive feedback. The care is there I suppose and the other positive staff make up for the ones that are not. Some of the people are great, some not so much. Kelsey has been super helpful and actually cares about me. I've seen Laura F a few times and she's nice but you can tell she doesn't care and she just wants you out of there.
Kelsey is great! I've only had 1 hour long appointment with her and have been messaging back and forth for a bit... She's probably the most thorough & responsive nurse practitioner I've ever met. 10/10 communication.

Had a bunch of with them getting my scripts written with right wording in order to get them filled with several calls to them with the wording needed to get them filled,along with pharmacy and the insurance company calling them. It took over two weeks for the script to be filled and paid for by my insurance.
