She used to be a decent facility with good practices and care and respect however that is gone downhill considerably. staff are often rude and discourteous. I moved primary care to new location to the new offices of Dr Joshua hamoud we still works out of the St JohnSparrow but also in owasso. I was sorely disappointed after being there for short period of time, only to find that the disparaging treatment remained because some of the staff were the same staff from the closed office of Dr k McLaughlin. Care seems to be close or below average, lower level staff under doctor position not PA and DA but under these positions doesn't seem to promote an positive approach, friendly attitude or maintain a positive feedback. The care is there I suppose and the other positive staff make up for the ones that are not. Some of the people are great, some not so much. Kelsey has been super helpful and actually cares about me. I've seen Laura F a few times and she's nice but you can tell she doesn't care and she just wants you out of there.
