Dr. Vaccarello is amazing!! Nurses and other staff, on the other hand, are horrible at returning phone calls, calling the patient when what was ordered comes in, calling to set up an appointment that was ordered. It's happened to me multiple times in the past 3 years. I had to get an injection, said 1 week to get it in, took them 3 months, and me calling them to find out it's been there all along.
