Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with an OB-GYN office. This is my third pregnancy and fourth child, and I have never experienced care this poor. From the beginning, the care was inconsistent. Every appointment was with a different provider, and each one told me something different. Excellent staff. I believe my OB had autism, because they forgot everybody I knows similar std, had the same experience.
They canceled my appointment the day of after I waited months to get my IUD out. Now I have to wait another month. Very unprofessional.
I have had 3 appointments so far and each time they always call to say they need to change the time sometimes the day of. I’m a working mom so I put in for specific times off work to get to these appointments and it’s frustrating. Other than the scheduling I’ve had a decent experience here. The doctors and nurses are nice, just frustrated with the scheduling.
Love this place! I had both of my babies here and now see one of the NPs for regular care. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming, and the providers take their time and really listen. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. I couldn’t ask for a better team!
