Love the physician's and nurses but.... Unfortunately every time I call now, the phone rings 10-12 times before someone picks up - and they already sound annoyed before even asking for an appointment. We don't go to the doctor often, but the last 3 times I've had to use Urgent Care because they can't get us in for days. Sorry...strep throat can't wait for 3 days.
