I have been a patient at the Fowler Family Care Center for several years and have received excellent care from the doctor and PAs. They have all been highly professional, listened intently to my concerns and treated my heath with great care. Their PA made 2 MAJOR mistakes with my husband. Completely agree with Matt's review. The sparrow system is so dysfunctional it's sickening. It's all about the money and not the patient or their issues. Appointments are scheduled in increments. When Lyons clinic closed we were told Dr. Osborn was going to retire so we tried the Muir clinic. NIGHTMARE.
