Asked for FMLA paperwork to be faxed to my employer or emailed to me when completed. One week later the paperwork was not sent. Asked to have it emailed to me. They would not. Asked if it had been started. It had not. Then they were trying to fill it out in an incorrect manner that did not reflect my medical condition without the provider present. I cannot consult with my provider as he is off for another week. No one will help me correct this at that office and were dismissive of me.
Informed by reception that general appointment slots are set to a 15 minute interval - that’s a joke in itself. I have experienced longer OB appointments than regular patients are given here. How dare you rush a human being during some of their most anxious moments. Summer Clay, should be ashamed of herself especially. Your “bedside manner” is rather disappointing.
Absolutely cold blooded. I take care of my mother who is 88 years old and has Alzheimer’s in late stages. During her first and only appointment, the whole building was empty, and we got rushed out. I told the doctor I had a few concerns that I needed to talk to her about because my mother was currently suffering from them.
