Outstanding care
We always see Stacey and have had such an amazing experience transitioning to this office. Today we had to see Summer and my kiddo was so nervous that she had a hard time getting words to come out lol. Summer did such an amazing job calming her down. These folks care about their patients. No doctors office is going to be perfect but these folks do a great job.
I’ve been going to this office and seeing Summer Clay for about 6 years now. Up until recently everything was very good. I’ve always felt taken care of and listened to while I had concerns about my children until my last experience there. Summer told my 12 year she has autism even though that was not at all the diagnoses. She was suppose to read the report from par rehab and go over the results with us to plan out next steps. No bedside manners from nurses or doctors, when I had a problem with my back having difficulty walking they acted inconvenienced that they had to push the wheelchair I was sitting in back to the room, talked to me like I was looking for drugs when all I asked for was relief, and I have no drug history as well as a diagnosis of DDD so I was confused why they were questioning me They also refused to push me back to the waiting area when we were done but I saw several people sitting at the nurses station as I was shuffling by. ... read more
