Informed by reception that general appointment slots are set to a 15 minute interval - that’s a joke in itself. I have experienced longer OB appointments than regular patients are given here. How dare you rush a human being during some of their most anxious moments. Summer Clay, should be ashamed of herself especially. Your “bedside manner” is rather disappointing.
Absolutely cold blooded. I take care of my mother who is 88 years old and has Alzheimer’s in late stages. During her first and only appointment, the whole building was empty, and we got rushed out. I told the doctor I had a few concerns that I needed to talk to her about because my mother was currently suffering from them. Dr. Wallace looked me right in the eye and said oh I’ve been with you too long already. I asked her office to renew a prescription that helps with her Alzheimer’s and memory.
