I am new to the area and received a referral from my insurance carrier for this location. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. The woman seemed quite bothered that she was taking my call and had to answer any questions. She sighed very heavily in my ear like I was bothering her to do her job which she is paid to do. So far I don't know how I am liking this new doctor office,I hope their doctors get better at taking care of my needs and I hope they get me my referral for having my lung tested for asthma and COPD,I don't see a gynecologist their.
Dr. Donald McKeel DO is strictly for (easy pregnancy check-ups) Obstetrics or (easy physicals) Gynecology. He doesn’t handle complex clients well at all like peri or menopausal women, extensive female hormonal concerns or labs to help seek out possible issues for treatment. He will laugh at you for trying to ask questions that you’re not sure of and tell you to stop Googling which was not my case. He made a very insensitive comment about me being on a laundry of meds.
