Very disappointed with them with my daughter if you have a actual issue your better off going somewhere else not only do they have a very rude secretary they ended up dropping my daughter because they didn't want to help her with her issue a day before her next appointment
My nurse and doctor are wonderful on every visit. And the front desk people are always helpful and friendly.
I am new to the area and received a referral from my insurance carrier for this location. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. The woman seemed quite bothered that she was taking my call and had to answer any questions. She sighed very heavily in my ear like I was bothering her to do her job which she is paid to do. I was so unimpressed with her customer service that I told her never mind, it appeared I was bothering her and I would find another doctors office and hung up. So far I don't know how I am liking this new doctor office,I hope their doctors get better at taking care of my needs and I hope they get me my referral for having my lung tested for asthma and COPD,I don't see a gynecologist their.
