We are new to Michigan and new to Ionia. I had an appointment today that I've had scheduled for two weeks, found a baby sitter so I could make it on time. I called to schedule an appointment and for some reason it had been difficult and ended the call with no appointment made. Whoever answered was suppose to get back to me and never did, super disappointed with this place recently.
