Hello, I'd like to start by saying that the receptionist and the ultrasound tech were wonderful, they are the main reason I'm giving any stars on this review. I am a young adult female. I have a family history of multiple cancers and a personal history of cysts. I have a section of my breast that is discolored and painful, this has gone on for a few weeks. They were great for me! They new I had a trip coming up and went above and beyond to get all exams and reports done before I left. And they are good and what they do!
While the staff are nice, they are always behind schedule. For my last 2 appointments, they have claimed to have equipment down and I have waited 45 minutes to over an hour to be seen for my appointments. I am very careful to limit my exposure to the COVID virus and waiting way longer than I should be makes me anxious and upset.
