Today will be my third time getting my blood drawn from this lab for the exact same order. Twice in a row they never sent the results to my dermatologist. I am pretty patient when it comes to this stuff but how do you mess this up twice?
Been to a few blood labs in the area, and the staff here are by far the most courteous and chill. Great, efficient operations.

Went here after a different lab(not sparrow affiliated) had difficulty drawing blood. Went online to schedule an appointment.HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THAT! Walkins welcome until 2pm, but folks with appointments go first. Staff very friendly- and talented. I honest to goodness didn’t even feel the needle! First try was a no-go. I have difficult veins. The second try at a different spot was a success. Highly recommend this lab location- but just about any Sparrow lab location has been great.
Usually, techs have a hard time drawing my blood due to my tiny veins. The one that drew my blood today got it on the first try to the point I barely felt it. I was also able to get an appointment the same day I requested it and was in and out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend coming here.
