Frustrated by the appt of only after 2pm. I have a teenager that needed blood work done that is not a sparrow patient and was told after waiting that she wouldnt do his blood draw and wed have to have an appt' so I'd have to somehow get him an unnecessary Sparrow Mychart or go before school. Extremely inconvenient. Guess we'll have to go to Ionia for Corewell.
Got here as a walk in waited an hr and they kept taking people who made an online appointment. When I tried to look for that before going in there was no where on the site to check in online this is bullshit I have never waited this long not everyone can take days off to get blood work done also said appointments from 2 to close so no walk ins. Got right in and out. Great staff.
What a classless place. They seem to make up their own rules or change their rules as they go along. Service seems of no concern of theirs. As with some of UofM Sparrow facilities, they must think that by placing "UofM" in front of Sparrow, they are better. But in actuality, Far from it.
