The ladies in the office were gentle, nimble, and kind when I came into the office today. I sincerely appreciate the quick and kind service that I received. There were many happy folks going in and out. Thank you for an easy experience!
This place is run like an absolute joke how can you walk in at 6:55am with ONE person in the lobby and still be sitting there an hour later. Thanks to their bs I fasted and wasted my time for nothing just to do it again tomorrow
One lady was incredibly rude and acted all high and mighty. Even the customers were talking about how moody she was. I get if you’re having a bad day, but you have to remain professional. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30, and left at 12:40 after waiting for an hour. There were 10 of us in the waiting room and only one staff member drawing. She was nice, but the other lady was awful. Will not be going back, and will find a blood lab elsewhere.
