Take this as you will. I had some lab work done. It turned out my insurance did not cover it. It cost me $450 for 2 test. The other 4 cost a total of around $100. I think there should be some type of warning on things that might not be covered. Or they should charge a reasonable price. After calls, no help. I now won’t use sparrow for anything. I will also go home and investigate before blood work.
The lab was open for another 1.5 hours, had no patients waiting on the appointment board and refused a walk in.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Incredibly slow and rude. Will be using McLaren now
Totally not organized and poorly efficient staff....
Terrible location. I do NOT recommend. I came by to pick up a simple cup sample that was needed to take home and get a sample and was told I needed to have an appointment for that, so I was there 40+ minutes to get a cup. They explained they had to look it up to ensure they gave the right thing and that people had an order in and put a name on it, so that made sense. Fine.
