The workers in this lab are the slowest.
As usual my experience has once again been horrible! Every time I sign in, I'm waiting for more than 20 mins with no patients in lab and nobody in front of me. Why? This location has lost tests samples and almost every have attitudes (i shouldn't know how to do your job).
Horrible experience (per usual) at the Grand Ledge Lab! I typically drive 25 minutes (one way) to go to another lab (because of the history of poor service at Grand Ledge) however out of necessity I was forced to go to this lab; never again! The phlebotomist was RUDE; she was short with me and talked very condescending. To add insult to injury, I needed to call my physician’s office to clarify the test that she was requesting and asked this phlebotomist if I could shut the door for privacy; she said “no!” And that “I could g... read more
