Called to order a deck lift cable and was told it would be in there in 2 days. Called 2 days later and parts dept had no idea when they were getting 1. Guy in parts who answered was very unhelpful and seemingly uninterested in trying to actually help. If I had known this was how customers are treated I would have purchased from someone else.
Absolutely the best place to get ripped off. I was just charged $645.00 for a one and a half hour service call. The mechanic only diagnosed the problem and travel time was only 30 minutes. (1.5 hours total) I called the service office to get the hourly rate before deciding on requesting a mechanic. I was told $250-$300 per hour. If my math is correct I was thinking $450.00 max. Me and my father in-law had bought some belts for a backhoe that needed dual belts and we did not know it since we had just bought it, when i went to pick it up after ordered being placed i double checked with the sales guy if it was really one belt only and he said yes then later after finding out we needed 2 we just thought we had to buy them separately so this time my father in-law went to pick another one up then realized he was given 2 in a pack and we told them last time they gave us only 1 and when confirmed we told t... read more
