Great experience with the employees. They were very helpful and informative on the parts I needed for a older style tractor.
Although I did not buy my chainsaw from Sparrow and Kennedy Tractor Company, I took my Stihl 271 Farm Boss saw in for warranty repair there. The gentleman informed me that the tech that evaluated my saw denoted I ran the saw with the brake on and ruined the clutch and some internal parts so the warranty would not cover it. First of all, I never use the brake even when I start my saw.
