Went looking replacement parts for my 30 year old mower... they had several items in stock and the remaining were ordered.. fast and easy process... customer service was excellent and extremely helpful.
Brought a 20 yr old lawn tractor for an estimate. Quoted $70 to look at and had a 2 week wait. Estimate was $1200 and now service fee was $118. They adjusted it but still left with a bad taste
