I'm very saddened to see all the negative reviews and seeing that they were all from 1 to 4 years ago I'm hoping people are still not having bad experiences. I've been going here for over a year, close to 2. I've been very blessed with a great doctor but I will only see him. Dr. Joshi checks all the boxes on being a good doctor and I see him being a very in demand where ever he goes after this.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. They are horrible when it comes to aftercare! Office staff does not relay messages in a timely manner and are uninformed when it comes to insurance coverage!!
I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling an appointment and wasting my time and money. She didn't listen to me. Showed no empathy. Asked questions and then didn't remember what my answer was. Acted as if it hadn't been asked and answered already. Our second appointment she introduced herself as my primary as if wed never met. Lately, and most importantly she didn't even touch me. No physical exam what so ever. How does a physician diagnose and treat a patient with no exam? They don't. I never received a diagnosis. Go ... read more
