I will never ever go back to this hospital again. The nurses and Drs were rude. I was taken here by ambulance for a bad allergic reaction and I had my 8 yr old daughter with me: as soon as the ambulance took us in the nurses started talking saying my daughter couldn’t be with me. I told them if she had to leave I was leaving as well so that’s what we did. I didn’t get treatment only by the ambulance. So many sick people laying all over the hallways. Went to the ER the other day and must say the staff was incredible. Everyone there was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything ran extremely smoothly, and they did a great job of keeping me informed about what was going on. It's still an ER, so it will be crowded, and it's going to take some time to get through the process, but it was definitely a seamless experience as far as ER visits go. The staff really made all the difference and deserve all the praise.

I had brain surgery (planned) on 2/4/25 and spent two nights in the hospital in the Neuro-stepdown unit... every single person I encountered gave me phenomenal care, even the food service and housekeeping. As someone who works in healthcare, I have high standards and I was super pleased.
