Extremely bigoted establishment. If you are intersex, a common medical condition- more common than having red hair- they will assume your gender for you and assign that to your paperwork. A patient I know was recently subjected to similar treatment. How can you call a man with an Adams apple and a beard "female" on your paperwork? Inaccurate, unsafe, and bigoted. Don't waste your time. You won't receive quality medical care. And if your in pain forget it, you'll get acetaminophen which you can get at the dollar store. But they'll illegally bill your insurance that they treated you adequately and you'll have to file a false insurance claim against them. Seriously don't bother going here you'll regret it. Ended up across town being admitted with swollen organs and bleeding and vomiting and bad blood work.
I would give this place a 0 if I could. Echoing other comments saying staff/nurses are rude, especially to people/women of color. One nurse seems to have actually taken me seriously and had the nurse leader/manager talk to me but the damage is done. If I could file a complaint I thought would be taken seriously I would. Instead I will be avoiding this place like the plague and recommending everyone else I know do the same.
This hospital is grossly incompetent—both the staff and the pharmacies they partner with. I had an issue with CVS holding my prescription for nearly a week. When I reach out to my DOCTOR I was given a non helpful response from a rude receptionist who basically said they take the side of the pharmacy. I’m a newly diagnosed diabetic, I need my medication.
