I had bad experience with the ER last year, but I must say, my experience in the ER this weekend 14th-15th was unusually pleasant. I mean, I was really dreading going here but had no other choice. I was surprisingly treated with empathy and care. The staff looked different from last year and all was so kind and cared for me in a timely manner. Literally the worst hospital with the worst nurses and doctors. they don’t know a thing. they don’t care about their patients they don’t care about nothing, no empathy, no compassion just pure disappointment. shut it down!
My son has been up there since just before 10:00 It's now 12:47 almost 3 hours later and they're still waiting to be seen by a doctor. His after care line was concerned about his appendix so we rushed him to the hospital and 3 hours later he still hasn't even been seen by a doctor. Oh sure they finally got him into a room as he sits there and waits. I had high hopes when the University of Michigan bought the hospital but clearly some things never change. If I can give this place a half a star I would I said ER for 3 days and the same clothes on same underwear same pads because I can't do any of that stuff myself stage 4 kidney failure and they left me in a little room when I have MRSA and highly contagious bacterial infections that I could have spread to the whole hospital but that's all I'm going to say about that I have bed sores and things all over my body and now they're trying to discharge me after they didn't even admit me for more than a day because they don't want to... read more
