Went here for really bad abdominal pain. Mentioned based on location the worry of pancreas or gallbladder issues. They gave me pain meds, did blood work, and then said because I reacted to the pain meds, it was just gerd. Sent me home with a medication. They said the pain wouldnt come back that bad again. A week later, the pain came back 10 fold. I had to take an ambulance to McClaren, where they told me I had gallstones and needed an emergency surgery to get my gallbladder removed. Do not go to this emergency room. We waited over 5 hours with no care while nurses and doctors sat at computers instead of helping patients. Matt Seiter, NP, was dismissive and showed no compassion or concern. Even serious symptoms like chest pain or bleeding are ignored here. This ER provides no timely or compassionate care—avoid it by all means.
Took my Dad in for a hip replacement. The pre-op and operation was fine but the recovery room organization and hand off overnight rooms was a mess. He had to wait 4 hours in recovery for a room without an update. Its either overstretched or just badly organized.
No heat. No clear communication. No results
