It could be a +10 if this is for the staff caring for the 4th floor. I stayed 4 days and from surgery to recovery to my main room ,every nurse was great and accommodating. If I called they came so thank you. On another note the food ... absolutely the worst I wouldn't feed that to my wildlife. I cant even describe the disgust from that cafeteria garbage. I could make them millions if I cooked for the patients. I wouldnt feed their food to my worst enemy ... 🤢🤮🤢🤮 have family bring u food for sure. Thank you staff
Unfortunately this hospital has gotten worse the nurses at the front that check your vitals have a nasty attitude and act like they don't want to help anyone, they put IVs on you and sit you back in the waiting room and leave you there no meds no communication its disappointing because you sit there in pain and they don't care and make you feel horrible for asking for updates that you just rather not speak up for yourself. Really bad front desk service when you get there to check in. But everything else went great the day of my surgery and all of the nurses and doctors were wonderful. Great communication and explained what was happening next. When I was in recovery, it kind of felt rushed and that they wanted me out of there. But overall-- Thank you to the staff during that time. It was also pretty clean which I very much appreciate.
NO TV IN LABOR AND DELIVERY ROOM! Wife went into labor on a Sunday and I had to miss the lions game because of this oversight.
