I’ve written a negative report and they removed it and replaced it with an old 5 stars report I’ve given the Doctors last year! Recently been to the ER August 2025 and the ER was terrible! I was in sickle cell crisis and they left me untreated in the waiting room for hours because they didn’t have anyone ( nurses that’s available) to come access my port! I came to Sparrow Hospital due to a medical emergency, and what I witnessed in the ER was deeply disturbing. We were placed in a hallway bed, surrounded by chaos, noise, and constant foot traffic. The ER was extremely dirty and overcrowded—it didn’t feel like a place of care at all. But what truly shocked me was how the patients were treated. I only give it a 1 because i have to rate it. In my opinion they dont even come close to deserving the one... This has got to be the worst hospital the most inconsiderate they dont care about patients which is disgustingly sad. The waiting time is unreal 4 hrs my mom went in there with stroke like symptoms Ive had a father n law there and my mom was just there it breaks my heart to know how crap the care was for them. After a car accident, I arrived in the ER. Professional service and everything was explained to me prior to the procedure. Highly recommend.
