Absolutely horrific hospital, particularly in the event of an emergency. Honestly a total joke. NEVER go there at all costs if you can help it. I am an extremely chronically ill person with a potentially terminal illness, as well as having several physical disabilities. Very disappointed in your appointment scheduling department. I see Dr. T. Brown in cardiology, and every six months I need to see Dr. Brown for a follow up. However, after my appointment visit, the scheduling department cannot schedule my appointment because the say the system doesn't allow to make appointments that far in advance. Why ? That's ridiculous and should not be the case for cardiology appointments. This should be allowed and needs to be fixed. Service time was actually quick. 1 star because the professionality of the surgeon was non existent. They try to sell you on things like they’re salesmen before they’re surgeons. She clearly gets commission off of doing specific surgeries so she pushes patients to agree to them. I was in the room with the patient, the patient said no to the surgeon three times before the surgeon quit pushing. The surgery in question was entirely optional and served no medical necessity.
