Recently bought a Mercedes C class from sparrowhill cars, I could not fault them at all. Martin went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and hassle free from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, definitely recommend these guys i shall use them again for sure.
Top guys. Chris and Martin are not only very friendly and helpful but bent over backwards to get me a good deal. Would 100% recommend going to see them. They may be a small dealer, but in this case, size didn't matter. The personal touch was brilliant. Thanks guys.
Sold us a car in August 2024. Only drove it 3000 miles before a major timing fault occurred in the engine and the car is now completely broken and beyond economical repair. The garage has denied any responsibility, claiming this issue wouldn't have been picked up in the pre sales service. The car had done 69k miles at sale, so was in window of timing issues occurring, but this clearly wasn't checked.
