Staff friendly, waiting short, entertaining tech!
Billing policy needs major changes. They could have updated bills through their mychart app or any of their other dozens of online communication methods. Even a phone call would be sufficient. Instead they send you to a collections agency at the soonest chance, the group is Recievables Management Group, Inc. They. Have. Sunday. Mammogram. Appointments. Check in took 20 seconds, I was in and out in 12 minutes and the radiology tech was efficient, kind, and communicative. Y'all, this is the best option for the annual smooshing of the bosom.
