I'm so sad to see that not everyone feels treated fairly here. This is the first office in YEARS I feel heard and seen! The progress I've made has helped me find a new lease on life. I pray those who had to find care elsewhere find the care they deserve, Lord knows it's hard to find
I need to express my gratitude for Bridget, Annie, and Dr Benzo, Bridget went above and beyond, I’ve never met someone who actually truly cares about what I need as a patient and she has a heart of gold and just wants to see you achieve all your health goals. Only giving a 3 simply because they never can get stuff done I been dealing with the same health issues for 5+ years and they never get anything done only staff to seem to help and actually care is Amy at the front desk love her to death if it wasn’t for her I would of been changed offices
Horrible communication. They never answer the phones, no matter what day of the week or what time you call. If they do answer they just put you on hold forever. I’ve been trying to schedule myself and my kids an appointment for a month, can never get through! Absurd. I found my kids another Dr’s office because of this. Today I was supposed to receive a call back from them because apparently the lady who does OBGYN scheduling was busy, never got a call back. 0/10 don’t recommend for kids or yourself.
*BRIDGET APPRECIATION POST* I have been a patient at Sparrow for almost 3 years now and let me tell you, I’ve been thru a lot with them! Bridget goes above and beyond for her patients every time. I also have a friend that goes here and he says the same thing about Bridget! THANK YOU BRIDGET!
