Terrible! My mother had a surgery appointment at 11:15. Get there at 11:15. To be told, “oh we messed up your time, you’re not till 3.” The receptionist admitted to messing it up and then lied and said that the doctor called and confirmed with her. In which no way did the doctor do so. This hospital is disorganized and honestly just terrible all around.
