The customer service team was great however the guys they send over to my house to do the work, one of them was really terrible( he has tattoos on his arm and about 5.7 there about). Doesn’t have any manner of approach. The other guy that came with him, was calm and explained more politely. Immediately he was in, it seems as if he doesn’t want to do the job. I had sensor lighting installed at the front and back of my house. The electrician, Travis, was very professional, helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to complete the job and make me feel reassured. He attended my house very promptly, and the work was of high standard and completed in great time. Katy, who organised the booking over the phone, was also great to work with. Highly recommend.

Sparrows repaired and serviced our ac unit They turned up on time and I couldn’t fault them. If only ALL trade companies could run their business like this ! Stress free! I’ll be strongly recommending this mob to family and friends. Nice work Jake and Josh
