After being told "were not going to treat you for your seizures" by nursing staff (taller bigger guy with glasses), they NEVER charged my valid insurance that's on file. I went back to resolve this issue and (Charlet) kept saying louder every time, implying is was a inmate in jail! After explaining three(3) times I was NEVER a inmate, I had a couple of bad seizures and the police found me and brought me there to make sure I'm ok. They treated me better than I've ever been treated in an Emergency Room. I've been to a lot of hospitals recently and this one was definitely the best. From the nurses to the people at CT SCAN to the Dr. They were all amazing and treated me like I mattered.
Excellent care, staff was great. Easy in and out. E check in smooths the process
If I could leave zero stars that would be the best I took my daughter in last night she was treated miserably I felt like the staff could care less give her her x-rays and pretty much sent her out the door.
