I was very impressed by Kris’s willingness to patiently answer my family’s countless questions. Along with being quite knowledgeable, he was also friendly and funny. He showed us two separate homes that fit my family’s needs, but we fell in love the Montara. We are in great hopes that we will soon be residents of this beautiful community! Also, thanks for the great golf cart ride Kris! My son keeps asking for a family golf cart now!

I recently went on a tour at Sparrow at Stanford Crossing. The community is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. I met Norman the sales representative who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire tour, making sure all my questions were answered and any concerns were promptly addressed.
