My husband and I met with Kris Hansen Sales Counselor at Dr Horton on memorial weekend . He was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of the area . Not only did he explained in detail the models available . He went over and beyond given us information of what is included . I highly recommend touring these homes and meet with Kris . I was very impressed by Kris’s willingness to patiently answer my family’s countless questions. Along with being quite knowledgeable, he was also friendly and funny. He showed us two separate homes that fit my family’s needs, but we fell in love the Montara. We are in great hopes that we will soon be residents of this beautiful community! Also, thanks for the great golf cart ride Kris! My son keeps asking for a family golf cart now!
