There is an absurd lack of professionalism, accountability, and more importantly, integrity with Sparrow Management. If you have already signed a lease, be sure to record all voice interactions so as to avoid any “confusion” in your future dealings. Well don't ever move to any apartment complex from this company. First worse managers then corporate can never answer emails. No one can do their job in this office! A waste of time and energy no good for nothing. How hard is it to answer a damn email! Wouldn't be surprised if they had a lawsuit or soon to get one!
If you are here, most likely you already signed a lease with Sparrow Management as the property manager. They do not return your security deposit. In our case, they created a large invoice which matched the security deposit from one of their other entities. We had to file a legal notice, still trying to recover our deposit which is equal to one months rent.
It's very unprofessional that no one has been available to take my calls for the last two days regarding my security deposit. I've dialed every extension and no one answers, voicemails are full, and no one has responded to any of my emails. Why is my security deposit being withheld from me?
