I must say I had a very good experience as a tenant. Karen and Israel are very straight forward and responsive when needed, very professional and considerate. I can personally say this was the most affordable and decent apartment I lived in. Living in Sparrow Management property was such a Blessing for myself and family. I would strongly caution anyone considering living in a property managed by Sparrow Management. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. I have lived in this building for seven years and have spent approximately $300,000–$400,000 in rent during that time. I have been a responsible, long-term tenant and never experienced anything remotely like this until Sparrow Management took over this past year. My daughter has left several calls & emails trying to reach this management company, to fill out school documents for my granddaughter to register for school. NO return calls and NO return emails I will contact the township for further investigation.
