It's very unprofessional that no one has been available to take my calls for the last two days regarding my security deposit. I've dialed every extension and no one answers, voicemails are full, and no one has responded to any of my emails. Why is my security deposit being withheld from me?
Reply to Sparrow: Yes, you can answer your phone or reply to voicemail as my son is trying to get information about his security deposit return. He has been calling and leaving messages. Today is the 30th and he should have received it or at least a tracking number by now. This is horrible that I have to help him try to contact someone to get this information. He is fully prepared to file a civil suit if he does not receive some information by EOD. Thank you!
