Patrick is amazing! He answered right away and although he works a midnight shift he came to our home after work at 7:30 am the next day. He assessed our power washer and our generator and returned the following morning same time and repaired both in our driveway for a very reasonable price. The amazing part is we purchased our generator brand new 10 years ago and was never able to use it because our Akita ate some of the wiring.
