Absolutely the worst company. They will take your money and then ghost you. Paid for a flowmeter, they never delivered it, tried to get a refund and they won't even acknowledge phone calls or emails and I have the direct number of the owner and he won't respond either.
This company will take your money and not deliver the equipment nor communicate at all. Shameful!
Stole money from my municipality. Do not use this company. They will require money for service up front and then ghost you in communication. I have been trying to get the money back for a year. No response, no call back, no integrity, no service performed.
My order for two 3" meters was a total failure. They took the order and never shipped the product. Moreover, they never cared to communicate anything. Better Business Bureau here we come.
Muy mala empresa, no mantiene buena comunicación, los tiempos de entrega son muy largos, prometen tiempos cortos que no cumplen. Al día de hoy van 5 meses desde que se fincó el pedido y no han respondido. Para nosotros esto ya es una estafa, la cual se tendría que reportar. Recomendamos que no se compren instrumentos de esta marca. Nuestro contacto es Yosufi Tyebkhan y ha dado un pésimo servicio.
