We were traveling from NC on a two+ week road trip we had been planning for three years. 70 miles from Amarillo, TX the alternator went out on our sprinter van. We were able to get to the gas station right off I-40 in McLean, Texas. We called for a tow, and Frankie came out and had our van running in 10 minutes. We still needed a new alternator; he made a call and had us one the following morning. In the meantime, he let us park at his garage and even let us plug in to a drop cord so we'd have power. I had a wheel bearing fail on my road trip, the driver went above and beyond ensuring I was dropped off at a good repair shop, and ensured I was able to get a room next door at the hotel before he drove off, their service helped turn a sour situation around!!
I would recommend these guys to anyone, thanks Frank for your help towing my truck.
