Monica and Tony explained my service so that I understood what I was getting into before the work started. Tony then kicked ass and finished quickly working through his lunch so that I could get back to work. Thank you-Luke
I called and asked for a Pre-Purchased Inspection on a car in a semi-tight turnaround where the dealer salesperson drove it there themselves. Monica was awesome on the phone and the report was clear, concise, and gave me everything I needed to be informed about the issues with the car. If I ever need Subaru help, I will come here!

"I reached out to the store, and although the gentleman on the phone quoted me an exceptionally high price, I chose to visit in person since I needed to get my car repaired. In hindsight, I should have conducted some more research beforehand. Upon arriving, I was disappointed by the lack of cordiality.
