A bad place to purchase a bike im unhappy about not receiving title in a timely fashion 11 days and still counting bad business if you ask me owner said was because of death which has nothing to do with me...acted like it was my fault shady shady shady youve been warned you need to shop somewhere else if you can 😕
If I could leave no stars I would. The incompetence of the service staff here is beyond comprehension. Their negligence could have killed me and from what I am reading in other reviews this is not the first time. Please see the pic below, this is a picture of the bolts on my front brake caliper falling out after having Sparky’s install new tires on my Electra Glide. Excellent people, excellent service. The facility is always well kept, and the bikes shine like new. I am yet to find anyone who offers a value like Sparky's does. Everything you need in one place, and at a very reasonable price that in many, if not all, cases favors the customer rather than the dealer. I honestly have never seen a business quite like it.
