Disappointed that transmission diagnoses resulted in a $650 in parts and labor repair without even a call. Repair didn't fix issue.
Took a little longer than expected, but Carl was great. The part store kept giving the runaround for when the transmission would come in, so Carl ended up rebuilding mine. I’ve not had any issues since. I’m very grateful for him!
