We are a locally owned boutique fitness gym located on the sought-after walkway at 132 Sparks Street in the heart of the business district of Ottawa, Ontario. Previously occupied as Greco Fitness, we have pivoted to create a new Group Fitness\Personal Training platform to help meet your fitness goals named Spark St Fitness. Our energetic & dedicated instructors will be sure to help you along your fitness journey through our 50 minute SCULPT, SWEAT and STRETCH classes to achieve your results.

The Sparks St team is simply one of the best. I have yet to find a team like this one, that works you to the bone and has the most fun doing it. The community is amazing and its always a good time here 💪🏼🔥
Two things are needed for a gym or fitness concept to bring value to consumers and to actually work long term. good programming, and good coaching. This place has neither. The coach that I met with before the class was very nice. The coach for the class might as well just be a DJ. The exercises selected were badly chosen and planned. I hope this fitness fad passes on, and companies with more substance besides good marketing come forward.
I used to enjoy this gym when it first opened. I left a long while ago after the warmups were very monotonous and I saw they constantly change front desk staff and only hire students while dropping the ball on creative contests since an original staff member left.
