About Sparks Small Engines and Mr. Sparks, Today, 27Jun2025 I called to ask, "What would you do, Mr. Sparks if I asked you to fix my Stihl 250 ChainSaw; specifically stating the reason for handing it to them to repair is a "CHAIN SELF-TENSIONING problem." Sparks charged me for the repair, saying it's good to go." Repairs happened maybe 4 months ago, also expressing that I probably wouldn't use the items until needed. I went in there to ask for help for a tiller. Told me he couldn’t get parts, they weren’t being made anymore. I left and did some research and bought the part off Amazon and will fix it myself. Customer service is lacking severely and we will not be back.

Highly Recommend. Took two chainsaws that he fixed correctly and timely. It has been two months since and both still work perfectly. Professional, to the point, and won’t break the bank.
