Took 3 fairly new Echo chainsaws in that basically neededa carb cleaning...lady on the phone was courteous so I gave it a try..walked in..was discouraged by the conversation with who I thought was the owner....against my better judgement left my chainsaws...now over $300 later I have 3 chainsaws that run no better and withe the long drive a lot of nonproductive time...this guy just wants to sell you new...AVOID this one...
My chainsaw ran about half throttle and no power, I took carburetor apart and cleaned, still wouldn’t run above half throttle, he took in shop with me and fixed it in 5 minutes, super service 👍👍👍
