From go to wo, the Sparks Power team kept me informed of the job schedule. They booked me in less than a week after the quote to upgrade my smoke alarms. There was a little delay in the time slot that they said they would attend the site, and were able to seamlessly attend later in the day. The four smoke alarms were installed without a hitch. Great team!
Sparks Power came highly recommended to me by my sister and they delivered a perfect service from start to finish. Excellent communication from the office, very quick quote on lots of little jobs and they turned up exactly when they said they would. Fixed and explained everything and left the place spotless. Quick response to my enquiry. Booked in a suitable date, nothing was difficult. I had a power point and TV point installed in my courtyard for a wall mounted TV. The lads did an excellent job. Will be using their services from now on for anything electrical.
Sparks power did an excellent job in installing my new rangehood & cooktop, along with add-on jobs of replacing broken power switches on the wall. I was very satisfied with their service! I found Sparks Power efficient and prompt with their communication. The quoted cost for job was fair and the work was done to a high standard.
