Made an appointment at 9 it was 5 pm before they showed up. I told them the water heater wouldnt stay lit they relit it it and said " it should stay lit". It did not. I paid $142 for a re-light only. I can relight it, I paid for a repair. I called the next morning their schedule is full for the next 3 days. Needless to say I wont be using Sparks ever again. I am pissed beyond belief.
James and AJ are great!! Thank you guys so much
Good work. Good price. Tankless water installation and purchase. No problems.
Grifters To be avoided Charged $1500 over base for a dishwasher installation. The extra ‘work’ took no more than an hour. Honestly unsure if additional effort would have legitimately been needed. We stupidly paid out of desperation
