they're rated #1 on homestars for a reason. my old dad had a simple electrical issue and tried to replace the fuse himself in his old house, but made things worse. I called Sparks and they had someone there the same day, fixed the issue quickly and easily, and were extremely fair on price. Only good things to say about this company.
