We 1st called the company that installed our 13yo geothermal system for $30,000. But they said it needed too much work and recommended that we replace with a new system. We then called Sparks and they sent out a very nice repairman who repaired our system for $420! Thanks so much!

Randy has performed service on my geothermal system 2 different times. First time replaced condenser where other business said entire system would need replaced. Saved over $10,000. Most recently furnace went out intermittently on Saturday 12/28/19. He stopped due to no heat at 5:30 on a SUNDAY evening. Blower was obtained, replaced, and working at 10:30 Monday morning. Temp was supposed to drop to 28 degrees that night. Top notch service and goes the extra mile.
