Drove 1.5 hours each way for appt. On arrival we found appt was not in system, he was not there & my mom was to bring her own meds. Came back 3 days later for 10:15 appt. Filled out NINE PAGE form w/ redundant questions, took 40 mins. Waited. Put in room with flickering light, waited. Asked why waiting, told 5 ppl in front of us. 2 hours past appt time.
