Wow, what a positive experience with Sparks Diesel Service! My 2018 Ram 3500 was at 75k miles, off warranty and sprung an oil leak along with the coolant tank sensor going out (indicating low, when full...). Unfortunately both are commonly reported issues and it was due for a LOF. Had my diesel power steering go out on a camping trip last week at 7pm got suck at a truck stop. Called this shop to see if I can tow it to them and they were professional and nice told me yes I can but they are backed up and will get to my vehicles asap. They were done with it way way faster then predicted and had me well on my way. If you have a diesel and you’re in this area don’t go to anyone else! Kind people, great work! Highly reccomend! Erick ans Matt are awesome, got a diagnosis from another shop for an oil leak and they said my rear main or back or the oil pan was leaking. Which would have been a few thousand to replace. It didnt feel right so I took it to Sparks Diesel and they found a simple o-ring was leaking. They had me in and out in one day, and even washed all the oil residue off the truck. Thorough and professional! Very reasonable prices too for a diesel shop!
Matt did brake pads on my 2015 Toyota Highlander. Best price in town and work was done right away. My husband has been using Sierra Diesel for over 5 years. Highly recommend this company.
From when I walked in the door till the time I left with my truck, Matt was helpful, truthful, and polite. Would recommend Sparks Diesel to anyone and everyone. It's hard to find an honest shop, glad I found one. The repair wasn't easy or cheap, but it was fair and I appreciate it. Excellent, Honest, and Professional Shop!
