All positive things to say about Sparks Counseling. It is very easy to communicate with the office if there are ever any billing questions or anything like that. I have had experience with two of the counselors here and they have both been fantastic and very accessible. Can't say enough good things. Having someone to talk to is very important as we navigate life and would highly recommend this counseling service.
Sparks Counseling Services is professional and amazingly quick at responding. One of my main go to for referrals as all of the Clinicians are amazing. Definitely recommend!
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with ,not only did they charge both of my insurance without me giving consent to treat my son at his elementary school they put down the phone in my ear after admitting to treating my son for 5 months WITHOUT my consent.
From my very first session with Stacey, the atmosphere felt very safe and comfortable, which made talking and opening up very easy and seamless. Her experience and knowledge in the mental health field was extremely helpful to me. She would sometimes come to the sessions with exercises for me to work on myself mentally, that we would go through together.
